  • Our elopement fee doesn’t currently include on the day coordination, however, if this is something you both feel you need for your peace of mind we would try our very best to accommodate this request. *An extra fee would apply.

  • We offer a convenient 2-part payment plan:

    • 50% upfront to secure your date and initiate planning.

    • The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding day.

  • Our payment process is designed to be as smooth as possible, and we offer a variety of secure payment options, including credit/debit card, BACS, international bank transfer, and Wise.

    For our international clients, we can offer advice on how to transfer funds cost-effectively, helping you save on any additional transfer fees.

  • After you have submitted your enquiry form we will be in touch to offer a consultation call for us to better understand your requirements and how we can help.

    After we’ve had our call, sent you our proposal and you’ve accepted it, the planning process can begin!

    We will work with you closely at every step of the process from giving our top supplier suggestions, to helping you with the styling and arranging the logistics of getting married abroad. We will be here to help remove all the stresses of planning a destination elopement wedding!

  • Our planning services includes help to source the perfect location or venue to say “I Do”, curated supplier recommendations tailored to your style and preferences.

    We’ll handle the logistics, including ceremony location arrangements, transportation, and the coordination of a handpicked team of top-tier suppliers.

    You’ll have unlimited calls and email support throughout the process, and we’ll give you access to our amazing online planning platform to manage all the details in one place—from budget tracking to design boards and wedding timelines. On the day of your elopement, we ensure that every moment is captured and executed flawlessly, leaving you free to enjoy the day.

  • Our fantastic online platform really is our wedding bible.

    Our online planning platform is the ultimate tool for managing your elopement. It includes budget sheets, checklists, timelines, design boards, and a supplier contact database, all designed to keep you organised and on track.

    You can access everything you need, including important documents, supplier contacts, and your wedding day timeline, all in one place. It’s like having a digital wedding planner at your fingertips, helping you stay ahead of everything, and keeping the planning process effortless.

  • Us, you and all your wonderful suppliers, be that your hairdresser, florist or photographer all suppliers would be invited to join the platform during the planning process.

  • We completely understand that plans can change, and we’re here to be as flexible as possible. If you need to reschedule your elopement date, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

    We’ll also work with your suppliers to reschedule any arrangements as needed.

    In the unlikely event that you decide to no longer work with us, we will charge for the work already completed in the planning process.

    If you have a specific supplier in mind, we’re happy to work with them.

    Our goal is to bring your vision to life, and we’re always open to working with trusted suppliers you’ve already chosen. However, if you’re open to our suggestions, we can connect you with top-tier suppliers who align with the high standards of your elopement.

    Scotland is steeped in rich tradition, and we love incorporating these elements into your elopement to make it even more meaningful.

    From a traditional Scottish bagpiper to a handfasting ceremony, we offer a range of options that allow you to embrace Scottish culture on your special day.

    You can also choose to wear traditional Scottish attire, such as kilts or tartans, and we’ll assist with recommendations for highland hire.
