At Wild Hearts we want to make sure you get great experience and quality service at all times. Please take some time to read over our FAQ’s to learn more.

No question is ever too big or small, ask away !

  • Our elopement fee doesn’t currently include on the day coordination, however, if this is something you both feel you need for your peace of mind we would try our very best to accommodate this request. *An extra fee would apply.

  • You will pay in 2 instalments, 50% of our service fee is charged upfront. The final balance is due one month before your wedding takes place.

  • We accept payment by Credit/Debit card (processing fee’s apply), BACS, International bank transfer and Wise. For our international clients we can share advice with you on how you can make international transfers as cost effectively as possible, to help you keep transfer fees as low as possible.

  • After you have submitted your enquiry form we will be in touch to offer a consultation call for us to better understand your requirements and how we can help.

    After we’ve had our call, sent you our proposal and you’ve accepted it, the planning process can begin!

    We will work with you closely at every step of the process from giving our top supplier suggestions, to helping you with the styling and arranging the logistics of getting married abroad. We will be here to help remove all the stresses of planning a destination elopement wedding!

  • Our elopement planning services includes an unlimited number of calls with us over the process, help to source a ceremony location or venue of your choice and help to source and liaise with 6 suppliers of your choice, access to our brilliant online database and a fantastic timeline of your wedding day sent to you and all your suppliers.

  • Our fantastic online platform really is our wedding bible. It has everything you could possibly ever need under one roof (we only wish we had had access to this for our own weddings!) With budget sheets, check lists, timelines, design boards and supplier contact sections amongst others, the platform has it all!

  • Us, you and all your wonderful suppliers, be that your hairdresser, florist or photographer all suppliers would be invited to join the platform during the planning process.

  • We understand that wedding dates may change and things are not always set in stone.

    Should you have to change your date, that should be no problem at all! We will do our very best to accommodate this change and liaise with your wedding suppliers.

    In the unfortunate event that you no longer wish to work with us, we would have to offset the cost of the work already delivered by us.

  • If you have a supplier in mind that you wish to book for your Wedding, that is not a problem at all.
